Form Forge is a WordPress form builder built by a small team of engineers who were tired of paying $200+ a year for software that should have cost $50. We built the tool we wanted to use, priced it the way we wanted to pay, and shipped it.
For years, the WordPress form builder market followed the same playbook: a cheap entry-level tier that does almost nothing, a middle tier that adds the features users actually need, a top tier with the integrations that matter, and a constant stream of upsells for everything in between. Agencies managing client sites ended up paying $500–$1,500+ per year just to get a functional form plugin.
We thought this was absurd. It’s form software. The cost of building and maintaining it doesn’t justify those prices. The cost of the hosting, support, and development can be fairly covered by a much lower annual fee, and the rest was just market pricing tolerance — “charge what the market will bear” taken to an uncomfortable place.
So we built Form Forge the way we wish every WordPress tool worked:
We think that’s what a form builder should look like in 2026.
If you see a price on our pricing page, that’s the price you pay. No “starting at.” No “upgrade to unlock.” No “contact sales for pricing.” Our pricing math works on a napkin.
If a feature exists in Form Forge, it’s available to every paying customer. We don’t build “Pro only” features. We don’t gate conditional logic behind a higher tier. We don’t make you upgrade for Stripe.
AI in 2026 is a core feature, not a side experiment. Our AI form generator is built into the main product, uses credits from a single shared pool, and doesn’t require you to manage an OpenAI API key. It just works the moment you install the plugin.
Form Forge is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. Your forms and submissions live in your own WordPress database. We don’t proxy them through our servers. We don’t build a profile of your site. If we disappeared tomorrow, your sites would keep running.
We’re a small team. We don’t have a sales department. We don’t have a growth team. Every person working on Form Forge writes code, writes documentation, or answers support tickets — usually all three in the same day. When you contact support, you get a reply from the person who wrote the feature you’re asking about.
Form Forge is part of Forge Suite, a bundle of four WordPress plugins built by the same team:
All four plugins share a unified design system, a shared AI backend, a single shared credit pool, and cross-plugin integrations. Install two or more and you get a unified Forge Dashboard showing health across all of them.
If you’re running WordPress at any serious scale, Forge Suite Bundle is cheaper than any two plugins separately.
Form Forge is built by a small team of engineers and designers at Avakode, founded by Tigran Avakov after a decade of building WordPress sites for clients who deserved better tools.
Avakode operates as Individual Entrepreneur Darya Avakova, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Support, development, and business operations all come out of the same small team.
