  • WordPress version
  • Form Forge version
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

What to include for faster resolution

The faster we can reproduce your issue, the faster we can fix it. For technical support tickets, please include:

  1. WordPress version — found in the admin footer or Dashboard → Updates
  2. Form Forge version — found in Plugins → Installed Plugins
  3. PHP version — found in Tools → Site Health → Info → Server
  4. Active theme — so we can test against the same theme
  5. Other active plugins — in case there’s a conflict
  6. The specific form ID — so we can look at the form structure if needed
  7. A screen recording — for UI bugs, a short video is worth a thousand words (try Loom or the built-in macOS/Windows screen recorder)
  8. Error messages — exact text, copied not paraphrased

We never need your WordPress admin password. We never need database access. If we need to reproduce something that requires test data, we’ll set it up on our own staging environment.

  • Paid plan (Personal / Professional / Agency)Within 1 business day, Monday–Friday

Business days are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm UTC+5 (our team is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan). Tickets submitted on weekends are answered first thing Monday.
