Form Forge PRO is available in three plans, all of which include every PRO feature, AI credits, and one full year of updates and support.

| Agency | $219/year | Unlimited sites | Agencies and developers who build many client sites |

- All PRO features (conditional logic, multi-step, conversational mode, analytics, abandonment tracking)
- All integrations (Stripe, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks)

- 1 year of plugin updates and new features
- 1 year of priority email support
Connect to Avakode — one click activation (recommended)
Skip copying license keys from email. In WordPress admin, go to Form Forge > License, click Connect to Avakode, log in at avakode.com if needed, and click Approve & Connect. You are returned to Form Forge with PRO activated. Bundle users activate all four Forge plugins at once.
Your license key is always available at avakode.com/dashboard/licenses if you prefer manual entry.
Renewal and Cancellation
- Your license renews annually at the same price.
- If you choose not to renew, your forms and submissions continue to work, but PRO features are disabled and you no longer receive updates or support.
- You can upgrade from Personal to Professional or Agency at any time, paying only the price difference.
- There is no lock-in. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date.
> Tip: If you are not sure which plan you need, start with Personal. You can upgrade later and only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
> Good to know: All three plans include the same features. The only difference is the number of sites. There are no feature tiers or hidden limitations. Personal, Professional, and Agency all get everything.
